Duties:
– Collaborate with the project team to develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
– Conduct thorough analysis of architect plans, specifications, and requirements and convert to company’s forming system.
– Prepare accurate and detailed plans and cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
– Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
– Review and evaluate subcontractor proposals and qualifications.
– Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits.
– Assist in the preparation of bid packages and submission of bids.
– Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team.

Requirements:
– Strong understanding of construction industry practices, methods, and materials.
– Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications and convert measurements.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Proficient in using project management software and tools.
– Ability to use AutoCAD a plus.
– Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
– Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information accurately.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

This is a full -time position. (Pay $25.00 – $28.00 per hour)

Candidates must hold Class A CDL license and will be part of our heavy equipment team. This team operates our conveyors, cranes, and dump trucks needed to assist our foundation and flatwork divisions.
